"Philippe has an incredibly warm and open energy. From the word go he always put me at my ease and made me feel safe and respected. We began each session with a 'grounding', a simple exercise that brought my focus to being present. He used the 'compassionate inquiry' approach to guide me away from old thought-patterns that were rooted in shame and guilt, towards a kinder and more curious mentality. He also often encouraged me to explore the physical sensations I was experiencing in my body as I worked through thoughts and feelings. This really helped me get out of my head and engage with what I was feeling in a deeper way.
